Just speaking from experience, one moment I might feel like I'm in heaven and the next like I'm in hell. Seemingly trivial things can send me spiraling and having an existential crisis lol. And at the same time I recognize that I can stop the loop at any moment but that doesn't mean I don't still forget. And I like how the most unexpected things (like a bad made-for-tv Christmas movie) can sometimes deliver exactly the message we need to hear. Btw your descriptions of the movie were hilarious!
